East West Hockey was established in 1992 and our number one goal is to pick and sell quality products that we feel are right for you. However, we are not your average online store. For the past 15 years we have only chosen hockey goods that we would consider wearing and using ourselves. We have had tremendous success serving our customers through e-Bay and now we are thrilled to also offer an online store. Our market is primarily focused on pro-return equipment. Many people think pro-returns are defective or seconds. Neither statement is true. Pro-returns are first quality goods that are custom made and only offered to pro-level hockey. We can take pro-products offered to the NHL to another level and offer the pro-products to you! We go as far as having pro-products made exclusively for EAST WEST HOCKEY. When viewing an item, you will not just learn the item’s features, but we also include personal remarks to hopefully help you with your purchase. We love the opportunity to answer your questions about our products via emails and/or phone calls. If you are new to the sport or have not purchased equipment in awhile, we can help match your needs.

SHIPPING POLICY

-All orders will process and ship within 24 hours of the time you ordered. Weekend orders will ship on Monday.
- FedEx residential delivery Tues-Sat and business delivery is M-F
-Free Ground shipping is offered to all orders exceeding 100.00 this excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and all International orders.
-Wheel bags, & goalie pads are subject to a $10.00 oversized shipping fee.
-Any expedited shipping (Overnight/Second)day can be quoted soon after the order is placed.

Return Policy

-We do not accept returns without a return authorization number (RA#) label. Packages without an RA# label on the outside of the box will be refused.

-All returns or exchanges must be unused and received in the original box with tags, packaging & receipt.
-Skates that have been sharpened will not be accepted for return. Make sure they fit before you have them sharpened.

-Jocks and performance undergarments are non-returnable.

-Sale & closeout items are not returnable.

-All items shipped under the free shipping discount will be assessed the outgoing shipping charge upon return.

-All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee

-All sales are final after 30 days from the order date.

-All sales on Clearance and Closeout items are final. We will not accept any returns or exchanges on any of these items.

-We realize sometimes a customer may choose the wrong size. In that case, we are happy to exchange the unused item for another size. Please be aware that an additional shipping fee will apply.
